Working as trusted partner, we are an extension to your team, helping you achieve your Workday goals. Whether during pre-project planning, implementation support, or while leading later phases of work – our elite team charts the course and gets the job done.
Our team works ethically and with integrity and recognizes that our employees all bring different skills and experiences to the table. We not only recognize diversity, we celebrate it.
We empower our employees to be who they are, to build skills, and to use them to their fullest capacity.
We dig in with our clients and pursue what's best for them in the long run, even if it's not clear in the short-term.
We find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties, resolve problems, and tackle some of the toughest challenges.
As your "friends in the know", we operate as part of your team, not as a third-party vendor.
We have people with multiple talents in Workday (e.g., functions, modules). With us, you get both depth and breadth of experience.
We collaborate, problem solve, and celebrate successes together. When someone needs help, the full Helios team is ready and willing to jump in.
