Have participated in past successful Workday deployments as a configuration consultant, reporting specialist, integration expert, or project manager
Come with Human Resources or Finance expertise
Demonstrate strong self-management and organizational skills
Have confident written and verbal communication, in addition to being able to relate to employees at all levels within an organization
Thrive under pressure
Work through ambiguity with confidence and ease
Have consulted within global organizations
