Helios exists to help our clients accomplish what they couldn’t do on their own. It takes the right type of person to partner with a client and build the trust required to act as a part of their team.

We started Helios after connecting some of the “best of the best” Workday practitioners in the business. This was our foundation. Since our start, Helios has remained a place for consultants who are passionate about Workday to bring their knowledge to the table while developing new skills to strengthen their craft.

Since we work as an extension of our clients, it goes without saying that we treat our clients like we treat our own team. We don’t under or over-promise, we tell it like it is and do what we say we will do. We share our knowledge, and when we don’t know the answers, we seek the answers out.

Successful candidates should:

  • Have participated in past successful Workday deployments as a configuration consultant, reporting specialist, integration expert, or project manager
  • Come with Human Resources expertise
  • Demonstrate strong self-management and organizational skills
  • Have confident written and verbal communication, in addition to being able to relate to employees at all levels within an organization
  • Thrive under pressure
  • Work through ambiguity with confidence and ease
  • Have consulted within global organizations
