Helios Horizons is the first ever Workday® Apprenticeship Program, providing a pipeline of high-caliber, Workday® Certified and Pro Accredited talent for our clients on a talent-to-hire basis.
Our proprietary training program wraps Workday® training in a comprehensive 12-week course featuring 480 hours of immersive and hands-on training.
Throughout the program, Helios Horizons Associates are required to consistently demonstrate and hone their practical application skills in Workday, alongside a rigorous assessment process that validates their mastery.
Their experience covers every phase of a project lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on the practical application of theoretical knowledge.
They are required to show outstanding competence in analysis and consulting, underscoring their readiness to deliver immediate and effective value from day one.

Our Apprentices excel in functional administration, daily operational support, report writing, and project life cycle roles.
Apprentices receive 480 hrs of dedicated training, application, and assessment including a Workday Certification or Pro Accreditation.
Ability to assess capability in workplace setting, working as part of your team before committing to hire permanently.
Clients have the option to employ Apprentices directly at the end of the contract.
