About Helios

We didn’t build Helios Consulting just to be another Workday consultancy. We built it because we believe organizations deserve better—better solutions, better partnerships, and better outcomes. It’s that simple.

As a certified Workday partner, we combine deep technical expertise with genuine collaboration, helping clients unlock the full potential of their investments. But our vision goes beyond technology alone: we’re also deeply committed to nurturing exceptional consulting talent, creating opportunities that genuinely transform careers and lives.

At Helios, we’re driven by one clear purpose: to help you achieve real, meaningful results with Workday and VNDLY. Whether it’s optimizing your workforce strategy, streamlining global deployments, or enhancing your operations, our certified experts deliver outcomes tailored to your unique needs.

What Guides Us

We don’t follow generic playbooks. Instead, we’re guided by values that shape every engagement:

Authenticity First

You’ll never get vague promises or empty buzzwords from us. We bring genuine dialogue, transparent collaboration, and practical solutions designed for your reality.

We Keep Our Word

When we commit, we do so completely. We follow through with determination, integrity, and accountability, every single time.

Results, Not Just Effort

We’re outcome-driven. Every solution we craft is designed to deliver measurable results. Because checking boxes isn’t enough for us, or for you.

People at the Heart

Investing in people—yours and ours—is core to our approach. Through mentorship, skill-building, and clear pathways to growth, we help you and your teams thrive.

Innovation That Matters

As certified Workday and VNDLY experts, we constantly push boundaries to create tailored, innovative solutions. Because true innovation solves real problems—it doesn’t just sound good on paper.

We see ourselves as extensions of your team. Your goals are our goals, your challenges are ours to solve—side by side, step by step.
