Horizons: How it Works

 

The Helios Horizons Talent Program is the first-ever Workday Apprenticeship Program, designed to provide a steady pipeline of high-caliber, certified early-career Workday talent for partner and client placement. This program helps organizations overcome resourcing challenges by offering skilled associates who are ready to deliver value from Workday from day one.

12 Weeks Hands-On Training

Apprentices receive 480 hrs of dedicated training, application, and assessment including a Workday Certification or Pro Accreditation.

Client Placement

Ability to assess capability in workplace setting, working as part of your team before committing to hire permanently.

Transition To Client Hire

Clients have the option to employ Apprentices directly at the end of the contract.

Transition to Hire

Risk-Free Evaluation
The talent-to-hire model allows you to evaluate associates without risk, with the option to end the relationship at any time without cause. (Helios remains the employer of record)

Seamless Transition
After the initial term, associates can transition to your team with no conversion fee, or early transitions are available with a one-time fee.

Continued Development
Associates participate in quarterly development conferences and maintain certification, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and best practices.
